musicspots. is an app whose main function is to make the city of London a virtual museum that takes users to the exact points where the most important moments of rock, pop, blues and jazz genres have been conceived.
The main functionalities are interactivity and information, where augmented reality and geolocation stand out, which are contextualized to achieve the result of experience, where the user will establish that link with their favorite artist and other people.
The intention of this project was to demonstrate that the consumption of culture, whether musical or otherwise, should not be only in closed spaces or fixed structures: the user or cultural consumer should be able to create, customize the way and the order in which said content is consumed.
In this way, with this app the museum is London, a key city in the history of rock that has been immortalized in hundreds of album covers and it is possible that you have been in one of those iconic places and maybe you did not find out.

The objective of this project is to promote the musical culture and focus on a market that has grown over the years and that does not have the necessary tools to meet their needs and interests, which have created an unattended market.
With “musicspots” the city of London is a living museum where users become part of the musical history, knowing more about all those emblematic places that they once read and can create social links with people from all over the world.
In summary, an important union between music and technology has been achieved, where users share relevant and updated content, giving a new twist to musical tourism.
